The BC Medical Services Plan pays $23 per visit for a maximum of 10 appointments/ year, for those on premium assistance only. No Doctor referral required. Many extended health plans offer partial or full reimbursements for Massage Therapy. Consult your plan to see if a Doctor referral is required.

Please note: I do not bill ICBC or WCB directly. Payment is made directly to the therapist and reimbursed by ICBC if you have an open claim/coverage with them. Please let me know if you have an ICBC claim at the time of your first visit. 

Cancellation Policy

If you have any possible symptoms of cold or flu, please cancel and re-book your appointment. I would appreciate that you let me know as soon as possible should you need to cancel for this reason.

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and is often difficult to fill if you cancel your appointment on the same day, or worse, do not come at all.

As a courtesy, the booking system will send you email and/or text reminders 24 hours prior to your appointment time, but ultimately you are responsible in remembering the appointments you have booked.

I require 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. I will do my very best to fill your appointment time should you give less then 24 hours notice, as I know things in life come up. However, if I am not able to fill your appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of your treatment.
